"Frederied Rivera, also known as ‘Freddy,’ began his healthcare journey as an LPN in the emergency department in 2008 and has since advanced his career, earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Ana G. Mendez University in 2020. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctor of Nursing Practice at Chamberlain University.

Frederied has specialized training in aesthetics, including neuromodulator administration, also known as Botox, and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). With 16 years of clinical experience in various fields such as Concierge Service, Family Medicine, Neurology, Critical Care, Emergency Services (focused on trauma and stroke), and HIV/AIDS & STD care in Puerto Rico and Central Florida, Frederied brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his patients.
A proud native of Puerto Rico, Frederied is fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and engaging in water sports and fitness. He was honored with the DAISY Award for his dedication, compassion, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Above all, he values family time and is driven by a passion to help others achieve better health and wellness."
Kevin Torres is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Originally from Puerto Rico, he is fluent in both Spanish and English, an asset that allows him to build meaningful connections and provide culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations.

Kevin began his healthcare journey in 2013 as a paramedic shortly after graduating high school. His passion for medicine and serving others led him to earn a Master of Science in Nursing from Ana G. Méndez University in Florida in 2024. His clinical background includes experience in critical care, emergency services, and the management of both chronic and acute conditions as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).

In addition to his clinical work, Kevin served as a Health Specialist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where he contributed to national public health initiatives. He is a proud recipient of the Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award, recognizing his dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of his professional life, Kevin enjoys water sports, hiking, and spending quality time with family and friends.
